Regulations EC261 / UK261
Air Europa is a full service traditional Spanish airline. There are two regulations that apply to most Air Europa flights to and from Europe – EC261, also known as the EU flight compensation regulation, and the Regulation UK261 (its UK counterpart). Every time Air Europa flight reaches its destination 3 or more hours later than planned, and the delay is due to the their fault, you may be entitled to EU flight delay compensation.
